RESEARCH

After creating a user persona , our team conducted user interviews on targeted users to understand how they adopt animals and what makes an online shelter attractive.

“I look for a website that is updated.”

“I don’t trust when a website has too many ads, or if things don't work on the website.”

“A well-made website with well taken care of animals would bring trust factor to the shelter.”

“I look for a website that is updated.”

PROBLEM STATEMENT

Animal lovers who plan to provide a loving home to elderly or special-needs pets, need an organized  website with enhanced transparency about each animal's specific needs, allowing owners to make an informed decision

How can we make the website more visually appealing?

  • Increase legibility by updating
    font style
  • Improve paragraph spacing
  • Utilize iconography

2. Organization:

  • Create a new sitemap
  • Remove unnecessary pages
  • Establish Hierarchy

3. Simplicity:

  • Condense the main navigation
  • Reduce the amount of unnecessary text.
  • Improve adoption user flow.
